I'm very surprised I won but I'm also very happy. People keep telling me I'm too old to win at 38 (later this month) but I'm enjoying proving them wrong,

I have signed for one more season because then I'll be 38 and that is not young.

We are taking risks every day on twisty and slippery final sections.

My body's feeling it a little bit. But one good thing, my back is in good shape, and that's my main concern. I know that my legs are going to take awhile to get back to where I was a few years ago, but as long as my back is solid, I feel that I can play many years.

This body had carried me through a hard life. It looked exactly the way it was supposed to.
