Students enjoy this class so much. It became very popular [and] it fills up quickly.

Level-two students have the ability to handle songs that are harder. To higher level students I give different assignments, other songs and tests.

It's a very good [opportunity]. Through singing students can improve [their] Chinese: pronunciation and diction. They also learn music appreciation and singing technique, so they kill two birds with one stone.

I [set aside] half an hour to study language.

They have to look at what individual students have done rather than at their class rank because everybody that applies to them is in the top of their class.

I think most students come in knowing what to expect. They've heard about the class and about me.
