Studios have been trying to get rid of the actor for a long time and now they can do it. They got animation. NO more actor, although for now they still have to borrow a voice or two. Anyway, I find it abhorrent.

I have been meeting with the county to try and work something out. They are trying to get a handle on what they would charge us.

It occurred to me that instead of trying to make faster electronics, I should slow down time. If a signal reached an instrument at the speed of light but at that point was converted into a very slow signal, then light would indeed slow down and a conventional electronic timer could measure it.

That's the pressure each side has in the negotiations. In the mean time we are talking and trying to resolve our differences.
