Submission is not in the bowing of heads or knees but in the humbling of your whole being (spirit, soul and body)

I was broken in body, soul, and spirit. My natural elasticity was crushed, my intellect languished, the disposition to read departed; the cheerful spark that lingered about my eye died; the dark night of slavery closed upon me; and behold a man transformed into a brute!

The body and mind cannot provide answers for questions of the soul.

That is what chronic illness is . . . a disconnect between what our souls can do and what our bodies can do.

Purify, purify.
