Sure, you have mixed emotions. I've been here a long time and I wanted to see this thing through. I wanted to see this team become a winner. I'm going to miss that part of it. There's some good kids there I'm going to miss. I'm going to be watching how they progress.

Just for the record, the weather today is bitter with occasional fits of jealous rage.

As many have discovered, it is entirely possible (although not particularly desirable) to love two people with all your heart. It is entirely possible to long for two lives, to feel that one life can't come close to containing it all.

It was a little bit of mixed emotions, as you can imagine. I was so proud of my little brothers for winning and just so happy for them. At the same time, I wish I could have been more of a part of it. But like I was saying [Monday] night, I set the table, I just didn't get to eat off it.

I have to get a feel for knowing these guys. I'm not that brilliant of a coach, I'll be the first to tell you. But I know that the more I see someone, the smarter I'll get and the more I'll learn. I have six weeks to watch it live and in person. Tapes are tapes.

We like to throw it around, that's for sure.
