When I came to the University of Alabama in 1996, I was given all the tools to develop the volleyball program. We have an effective and ongoing recruiting program that gives us an opportunity to recruit the right kind of kids.

My volunteers are all ages. I have students from Palm Beach Atlantic University, working mothers and fathers, attorneys and retirees.

We have long-term cooperative relationships with the region's health care professionals and hospitals, including federal institutions at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and the Veteran's Administration.
