TCO is just a data point, ... What is perhaps more effective is when you can steer a customer to someone who has a similar situation.

When Nick is comfortable he is very effective. When he is uncomfortable he's unpredictable. At this point, whatever trigger is there, Nick is playing comfortable and thus is very effective.
