Take seriously the criticisms on yourself, then you move forward; ignore the criticisms on yourself, then you move backwards because in every criticism there is at the least some truth!

Don’t perceive the facts as a false criticism or else you lose badly! Because facts are facts and they need to be respected and be taken into consideration promptly!

You must let other people to challenge your truths; you must let them to question your faith and the reason for this is very simple: Your truths might be very wrong; your faith might be very mistaken. Don’t be a castle; you need bridges surrounding you, not walls! And remember that walls belong only to cowards!

May be you have already reached your target, but if you don’t know this, you will move away from your target!

Moving forward is not always good, especially when there is a precipice ahead! Know to turn back! Know to step back! Sometimes moving backwards is moving forward!

There is progress whether ye are going forward or backward! The thing is to move!
