Taxation without representation? No, they're getting taxed, and they're getting represented.

The death tax is growing increasingly unpopular with the American people, and it's for obvious reasons. They know double taxation when they see it. They know that if they pay income tax, they pay capital gains tax, they pay sales tax, that it's absolutely, fundamentally, inherently wrong to make death another taxable event.

This year it's better than Niagara Falls. It hasn't been this nice since late 90's.

It is the small owner who offers the only really profitable and reliable material for taxation. He is made for taxation.

It's entirely consistent with taxation with representation.
