Thank goodness for Ron Robinson. We came out and lollygagged around in the first half. Quay Holloway went on a little run of his own and saved us, and then Ron put us on his back there for a while in the second half. I am glad to get out of here with a win.

We were lucky to be as close as we were, for shooting 33 percent. We played hard, but we didn't play real smart.

People turn it up on us and instead of going (forward), we start going backwards. That hurts us. And then we get where we can't get good shots.

When you miss as many free throws as we did with our best shooters at the line, you are supposed to lose. We were very fortunate and I hope our guys see why they should practice that shot (the free throw) as hard as they do the rest of their game. I'm afraid they don't do that.

It's the ultimate feeling. There's nothing like it. And it's good for our guys. I'm just glad to get it out of the way, so I don't have to worry about it anymore.

It was just a tremendous win in a tough situation against a good basketball team. It's been a long time since I've had a sweeter win than that.
