That decision was absolutely a break.

He was a great kid. My heart just aches. My heart aches for the family, and aches for him. In my prayers I'm asking, 'OK, Lord, I don't understand this one.' Sometimes there is no answer for that.

This is a big decision for him to make.

Obviously (Rose) is going to make the final decision, but we've meet as a staff. He's good at throwing out ideas and asking questions when it comes to our responses. It's been like how we do most things.

It's not a decision I make. All our guys have to look at as laying it on the line when they get the opportunity to do it. We need to do that up and down the lineup. There should definitely be a sense of urgency that we are playing for our playoff lives.
