That goal relieved a lot of pressure.

We knew what their strengths were and their outside players did a good job of breaking around our wings. It was a good hard-fought Mid-Penn game. They kept coming at us and the credit to them.

Molly and Lauren played well back on defense. We did a good job, but it wasn't enough.

Kennard-Dale started out fairly strong with some energy to beat us in our flat system and we got a bit disorganized. Putting Taylor in there gave us a lift and that third goal seemed to take some energy out of them. She has become fairly crafty in there and she can score goals. We needed a little jolt and she provided that.

This is kind of what I wanted. You get three or four games right away. You get to compete and get some games in and get some experience. They are not gimme games, these are games that we could lose as well. All three of these teams made districts last year.

There are too many things being legislated that should be left up to the DOE.
