That is a very interesting position and I have learned to work with the leaders of our village and to be exposed to what is going on with issues and people involved.

In the future, it will be a vibrant village center where people will live, work and play.

At this historic moment, the secretary-general calls on Iraq's political leaders to work with resolve towards the early formation of a fully inclusive Government which will strive to build a peaceful, prosperous, democratic and united Iraq.

The leaders who work most effectively, it seems to me, never say "I." And that's not because they have trained themselves not to say "I." They don't think "I." They think "we"; they think "team." They understand their job to be to make the team function. They accept responsibility and don't sidestep it, but "we" gets the credit…. This is what creates trust, what enables you to get the task done.

The results (of the assessment) indicated the need for strategic initiatives. As leaders we must work together to address the needs of our entire community.

We'll probably go through 15 or 16 workouts, then see where we are. If we have to, we'll work on Fridays, but the plan is to leave them open.
