That is the framework we should use with this.

We appreciate everything that Mark was able to accomplish in his one season at ULM. The program is definitely headed in the right direction and we are grateful to him for his leadership. We wish him the best in his future endeavors.

Obviously there are numerous Indian tribes in Louisiana. We're going to be in contact with those organizations to get — hopefully — a letter of affirmation. That will be a part of our appeal. We're starting that process right now.

We received information from the NCAA about the appeals process and that's what we were waiting on. Now we're collecting that data and we're going back to our committee that was involved in our mascot self study to begin with. They are formulating their plan to submit an appeal.

It was just really, really tough getting anything when you were a female. Basically, I just took advantage of everything I could. But when people are going to flat out tell you they're not going to hire anyone that's female, there's not much you can do about it.

I'm super, super casual. I like boxer shorts or jeans or tank tops, tennis shoes and flip flops. That's about it for me.
