That last 11 minutes, [we were] able to lock down on the defensive end and create turnovers. Even though we were down 10, we still had the wherewithal to keep on fighting.

He is able to get into virtually any offensive player without getting beat off of the dribble. He has a great combination of strength, speed, quickness and basketball IQ all in one. He is special. He is very tough minded.

It wasn't just Polka, but their defensive strength. They were able to wear us down.

Our defensive pressure wore them down. We got some energy and some focus there with 4 minutes left in the first half. I thought it was a solid effort.

The thing that I want more, though, is to be able to put my arms around him. That's what he's entitled to. ... And I believe that day is coming.
