Although there are a lot of reasons [wireless has been slow to take off], security is still the biggest inhibitor. But we're seeing larger enterprises that are more security-conscious beginning to adopt [wireless] faster.

Without a doubt, the biggest question I get is about security.

You've got a border situation that's getting more difficult from a security perspective than it has been, so your pool of labor has been reduced significantly.

As engineers, we have a different perspective. If a company really wants to get its product to be the best in all areas, then it must listen to all sides. A union is the best vehicle to carry the engineers' perspective.
