That sounds to me like an activist judge.

Judicial restraint is a buzzword just like activist judge. Everybody's in favor of judicial restraint, but what does it mean? If it means not acting as a check against majoritarian excesses or upholding constitutional rights against improper government action, then restraint is not something admirable.

He sounds like he's been doing it for years. In his head he probably has.

We have good reason to believe the Senate will (pass the bill). This is a bipartisan bill.

We want teens to have accurate information so they can make wise, informed decisions.

It's important teens have accurate education and information. This should be part of middle school and high school health education.
