We've been working on the power play about 10 minutes a day trying to do a few things. We were looking to move the puck around quick and hopefully get the goalie out of position for one-timers, especially Pock up top. He has a rocket, but we have a lot more options and seemed to click.

It was definitely a good game. The first two periods, I was kind of fighting the puck, but we knew this was going to be an important game and it was good for us to play well.

Before I took the job, we talked about going younger this year. We didn't talk to what degree. But I'm still excited about this opportunity and I'll manage whatever team they give me.
