That was one thing that went into the whole recruiting process with Billy Houston and I coming in. He's had great success like a lot of other coaches, and whatever God has planned for Coach Marshall, that's what's going to happen in the end. It's definitely been a hot topic every year after the season.

We want our citizens of Houston and our citizens from New Orleans to know that we've got to come together as one and we do that by communicating, by sharing.

A long and difficult settlement looms. For Houston or Baton Rouge, these are huge numbers of people for them. They are desperately poor, seriously depressed, lost individuals with nothing. They are going to be hard to absorb. It's an enormous burden for a city to take it on. After the shock and warmth and compassion wear off, these refugees are going to have to find a way to become new citizens in these new places.

You could make an argument that Tennessee shouldn't be a No. 2. You can make an argument that we shouldn't be a No. 15. We match up well with Tennessee.

If you look at how it all broke down, we're in a perfect situation. We match up well against Tennessee.

Without a doubt. Playing in those big arenas and those big environments, I think it prepared us.
