That's a big loss there, and it's disappointing for him, too. It's his senior year.

I really thought our match was like the championship because I believe we would have beaten Memphis. Our season could have been a lot better. I lost five starters from last year, two of them to injury. Not having Danny Caldwell (who broke his hand in the league meet) really hurt us last night. It's kind of discouraging.

It should have been a lot closer for us, if not a win. I bumped my 215-pounder (Dane Christensen) up to heavyweight. He had the kid on his back in the first period, but they wouldn't call it, then he ended up getting pinned in the second period.

If we wrestle well, we could beat them. But we'd have to have a really good day. We match up real well with the other two teams.

We have a real good chance to win the District.

Everybody came through for us. This was our best match of the year.
