That's a huge project. This one will dwarf that, in terms of scope, impact and right of way.

[The consultant will look at] construction issues, utility issues, right-of-way issues, traffic issues, everything that comes into play in these multiple giant projects, ... try and determine if they should be done in a specific order to save money and minimize the impact on motorists.

That will be a little less intrusive.

When Marcus Garvey spoke about self-reliance, he wasn't only talking about people of colour. It's like self-reliance in general, for anyone. Just keep moving and moving within the right direction, and everything will be all right.

We think there will be a lot of upper-deck home runs.

Right now, it's an anomaly. It will be reviewed and scrutinized over the first few years to see how well it works for both the team and sponsor, and see if we might have a new model and if it works.
