That's going to help us out next year when I'm a senior. It's going to be me, Shane and Ryan, and these younger guys are going to be a lot better because of their experience this year.

That definitely has been big for us. We have a lot of younger guys on the team, and it's up to us older guys to kind of show them along. Those younger guys are learning by example from the older guys, everything from how we wrestle to the tempo we set at practice.

Everybody's really close in this (heavyweight) division. My goal is pretty much to get into position to place. If I keep on winning, I'm just going to go for the title.

Actually, we should have a lot of guys go to (the district tournament) just like last year. The guys are improving so much from week to week. Every practice we're working on things and just trying to get better.

I will help you to approach if you approach, and to keep away if you keep away.

Me not being able to help my teammates was probably the No. 1 thing that was going through my mind (during the game),
