That's the thing with Connie. She just gives you so much, the intangibles so to speak. And today, she stepped it up on (offense) too.

We're presenting you with with a plaque today not only to thank you for your generosity, but for the talents, time and resources that you continues to bring back home. You are truly the best of West Virginia and of America.

We decided the time was not right five years ago. Today we see a different scenario. We have a strong United and a vibrant US Air. We are a company in need a strategic network on the East Coast. US Air clearly fills that void.

She will be tough to replace.

If there is anybody you want out there at the end, it is her.

She is the best player no one has ever heard of, until they play her.
