That's unacceptable, and I will see that Wyoming gets (its) share of federal funding for new energy technology.

It's so vague; it doesn't spell out Wyoming. The bar needs to be raised.

There is no excuse for Wyoming to be so far behind, 20 years behind, in the energy race when your senator sits on the Senate energy committee.

It clearly shows that Wyoming is in a catch-up mode in the energy race.

Sen. (Craig) Thomas has had at least 17 years to promote that technology.

Discrimination is on its face wrong. Funding it with state tax dollars is unacceptable. We feel that if our tax dollars are going to fund an institution it should give equal opportunity to all students.
