That's where the majority of the growth is, so it's no surprise.

We definitely have some congestion problems in Lee County at different locations, and we're working hard to try and get some projects advanced. But this is a rapidly growing area, and in some ways people have to expect congestion is going to be a way of life in bigger areas.

We don't expect to see land prices ever come down, but it's a lot harder to say whether building materials will.

That's a big hit to try to take on a project that is in the current year.

You can't overreact to the vocal few. You can find out if how they feel is reflective of the majority. It's a balancing act.

We feel that the vast, vast majority of 16-year-olds are able to drive safely.
