The 1993 team was the best we've had here. That year, we lost in 11 innings in Game 7 (of the American Association championship series) at Iowa.

When I got the job at Vanderbilt, he was our batboy. Cat had an uncanny ability to win things in the little fair-type games. He was always winning everything at the fair and whatever, and he'd bring the giant teddy bears to my kids.
