The ACHD has been wonderful to work with ... they have been very responsive. I talked to Mark (Johnson, Heidi's husband), and he thanked us. He said Heidi would be pleased.

I think it really hit close to home because (Johnson) was a mom with three young children, doing something as innocent as jogging down the road when she was hit. People were very frustrated that it took so long ... there is some closure.

It was so tragic ... it really makes you think about what is important.

Ideally, we would prefer to remain at this location if we can work out a mutually beneficial plan with the developer of this area. We do not want to put any undo pressure on the developer, Ken Colin, who is a very smart and giving business man.

That's difficult when you've got to go to work the next day and you have only a couple of changes of clothes or when your kids go to school and you've got to make sure they have clean clothes. Having a laundry machine that works and is readily available is really important.

We've got to do whatever we have to do and work past it.
