The absence of change in Serbia is a threat to the stability of this part of Europe.

Without democratic Serbia and with Milosevic in power there could be no stability in Montenegro or in the Balkans.

I cannot forget that picture of the little girl who, after the grenade fell in the on the market place in Sarajevo in August, turned to her mother and asked where her hands went, only to find out she had also lost her father,

playing by the rules.

They need to elect their new leaders, their new leaders for peace. And these new leaders for peace must then come together and set up new governments and new structures.
