The ad is reckless, malicious, and false, casting Mr. DeLay in a false light by accusing him of unsubstantiated criminal conduct. We demand that you refuse or otherwise cease airing the advertisement.

Mr. DeLay has done extensive fundraising, and traveled far and wide to do so, but you would be hard-pressed to find someone who has raised more for others, whether for candidates or political parties.

It illustrates what others have said, that money gets transferred all the time. This was disclosed to the extent required to be disclosed by applicable law. It just shows that donors don't control funds once they're given.

Everything in this audit is accounting issues.

We've seen this before in other situations. You stall and delay, hire a bare majority, put in new work conditions. You meet once a month, two hours at a time, refuse to budge on any major issues, and drag it out until they vote out the union altogether.
