The averages person makes about 79 decisions per day. Most are small decisions that are made quickly and habitually. Others decisions are more important and require thought and reflection. Research suggests that the average time it takes for most people to make an important decision is about seven minutes.

There are entry points to the human brain/mind that when stimulated cause us to develop new neural circuits as the new connections stimulate the brain/mind to expand our consciousness.

Life is full of danger and terror. Wherever we look we find the prospect of gloom. That said, let's get on living.

We can rise above our personal and cultural programing by detaching and calmly observing the our thoughts, feelings, urges, actions and the reactions of the people and systems around us. Then we can choose to change, or not. If we choose to change we can create an intense vision of the self we wish to become and the world we wish to live in. Slowly and within limits we will move in the direction of our new and consciously created vision.
