The beach population has been light during the week. Plus, we have had flat water. But that is all subject to change.

We've got an explosion of a residential population and there's a real safety issue involved here. There is a lot of erosion and the county has been coming out there once a month and having to place gravel, but it really needs it at least twice a month.

That's a population that has obviously decided to live there, but still, most have to come into the city to work or go to school. Most of those people who live in those areas like to get where they want to go . . . without stopping 50 times between when you get on and off.

Right now, approximately one third of the world's population is suffering from water scarcity.

By not using GVRD water to wash cars, I think we're doing a real benefit to the area,

If everyone had one of these, it would reduce the amount of water that the whole society uses. And it would raise people's consciences that that water that comes from the sky is precious water. And that's not a gift to be taken for granted.
