The big question relates to the valuation of commercial real estate.

This last year was simply ideal circumstances. Commercial real estate values generally held, interest rates are compelling and the [loan] maturity cycle is growing.

That spread is probably a record low for that much leverage.

There should have been a special prosecutor brought in.

I think that's basically going to be real close. I think early on we looked at 1970 as the number, but now it's looking like it may be a little higher, but it will probably go up about 50.

We're trying to evolve a lot away from YouTube because YouTube is awesome - they have a huge audience, and we started there - but then you're at the mercy of their algorithms a lot, too. They can change anything, and it's really up to them, and you can't say anything about it.
