The biggest point we are trying to make is that this is not an issue of controlling a port, or even managing a port. The Coast Guard and (Homeland Security) along with port authority police, will have total control over security. We control security for all cargo coming into and out of every port.

We have drastically improved port and cargo security since 9/11.

To take that type of action, we have got to have good reason.

(Customs) is coordinating closely with the appropriate federal, state and local authorities. The U.S. government is also discussing the matter with the government of Mexico and is asking for a thorough investigation and response. We take very seriously and investigate fully any alleged incident of criminal activity, threats against our agents or possible incursions.

I'm still trying to learn. I'm starting to take what I learn in practice into the game a little more.

We have to get government out of the job of picking winners and losers. That's what they've been doing the last year and a half, getting in the way of businesses that are trying to reinvest to get our economy back on its feet.
