The biggest question I have is, is it (the airline) making any money. They really need to find some level at which point they're profitable and I don't think that's been found yet. I think they might have to cut out more and more of their domestic network.

It's an equity-building thing rather than just sending the (rent) money off to somebody else.

It's really a win-win situation. We're not really spending the trust money, we're just using it for a period of time. All of the proceeds from the sale go back to the trust fund.

The El Paso hotel market did very good. El Paso hotels in general made money last year. I think we're going to see a decline in occupancy (this year) because we can only absorb about 200 rooms a year without decreasing occupancy, and it looks like there will be more than 200 rooms coming on line this year.
