The bottom line is this is an issue that should be between the employer and the employee.

Which came first:

the change-ready company or the change-ready employee?

The nature of employees is nothing but the reflection of the character of the employer; to understand him clearly, just watch the attitude of the topmost & oldest person of the organisation.
