The bottom line is this should translate into a savings of several million dollars for the people of Vermont.

I think our booth has helped parents because it allows them to ask what the exact subject matter of the program is - responsibility, academic success, study skills and the different offices and resources that are available to students. It is reassuring to them to know those things, especially since those are the types of things parents are most worried about when they send their kids away to college.

Like any brand-new statewide program, there are details that have to be worked out, and that's what is going on right now.
