The cities can't afford them. The bottom line, they can't afford to have their light bill tripled.

We are poised for a strong economic recovery. New Orleans is one of the oldest cities in America. Federal and state activities are in place to design, develop, construct, and enhance protection from flooding. We have withstood major storms before, and will appropriately address the infrastructure so that this type of devastation never occurs again.

The tax base is being accelerated so high and that money is coming in, the cities and the counties need to take some step forward in helping these people.

It is the nature and pleasure of townspeople to distrust the city. All the guiding principles that might flow from a center of ideas and cultural energies are regarded as corrupt, one or another kind of pornography. This is how it is with towns.

I'm disappointed in the fourth quarter. I think we came unraveled. We have to understand a few things as far as sticking with the game plan and keeping our composure.
