The city asked us if we could voluntarily show we could set aside 10 percent of the homes.

The problem with real estate is that until people see it, they don't believe it. After the Tennyson and the other two (under construction) open and people see the vibrancy created from real downtown living, some of those trying to get a grip in the marketplace will get the wind in their sails.

Some believe it and some people do not.

I have people who come up to me now and ask if we are still open downtown. If you don't know that until now, it tells me you don't go downtown.

The difference, we have to purchase. It's a big cost to us.
