The commission declares Yoweri Kaguta Museveni the elected president of the Republic of Uganda. The commission is satisfied that the missing results will not change the result.

We are looking into the matter but what is clear is that a crime was committed.

The president is not going to be satisfied until they are.

He has won very convincingly. The president is going to lead Uganda with a very comfortable margin.
