The commission is an absurd concept. It's overly broad. It's more powerful than any regulatory agency.

An advertising agency is 85 percent confusion and 15 percent commission.

They've taken this hammer and basically tried to impose legal restrictions via contract. And I don't know with the great majority of the public, if it is going to sit that well, it is a little heavy handed.

It is a naked attempt at gun control. It is not hidden whatsoever. When you do away with the commercial market, in their best-case scenario, by bankrupting the gun manufacturers, the only people that are going to have (guns) are police officers.

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission and EPA, et cetera, had worked out what allowable releases are.
