We believe the approved structure will allow for a dock at this property while protecting important resources, including shellfish.

Ultimately, before they build, we'll inspect to make sure the plan has addressed all the issues and will be implemented properly.

This is not a substitute for a statewide comprehensive system to collect and recycle electronic products. They do contain materials that should not be treated as part of the regular refuse stream.

Electronic products really are hazardous waste, and individuals should treat them that way.
