The competition has been superb this year.

At the last minute we decided to open it up to the junior athletes and some of them have been showing up the varsity athletes. It's been incredible.

Before each competition, we all group together as a team and talk about the strategies that we are going to use to win that day. After that we all stretch and warm-up by playing one-on-one.
