The contractor will notify adjacent neighbors what is happening so they can be up to speed. If it's necessary to disrupt service at any traffic signal, that work will be reserved for low-traffic times of day or for weekends or nights.

The majority of work will be in planter strips and on the shoulders of the roads. There may be lane closures, but I wouldn't suspect there would be any road closures.

One of biggest problems, not just in Provo but nationwide, in any city's ability to coordinate a corridor is getting real-time data. Because of the lack of data, timing coordination might be based on traffic counts done six months ago, a year ago or three years ago.

Drive safe. Obey the speed limit signs. We do all we can to keep it safe ? they should try to make it safe for us.
