The court accepts the request by the prosecution to improve its charges and hereby orders that a warrant be prepared for their release.

If the court doesn't enforce its orders, they become meaningless.

The majority of the charges carry sentences of above 15 years imprisonment, so after hearing the evidence we have decided to refuse bail.

A release order is to be given to the prison administration for the defendants whose names have been mentioned.

As this is their right in line with the criminal code of the country, the court has recorded their decision of choice as a plea of not guilty.

With the exception a few individuals, most of the defendants prefer to remain silent when asked to enter plea of guilty or not guilty.
