The current situation is unacceptable. Recruitment agencies make all the checks they can on staff but these checks are only as good as the registers provided.

The current situation cannot last,

It is completely unacceptable how patients are treated by some of the staff and something has to be done.

It is immoral, it is unacceptable.

I have been asking for years for documentation from staff on why the current configuration is a good thing academically, ... There is nothing to prove that it is.

We have to do regular checks of our staff every six months and we have found no lung or any other health problem for 10 or 15 years.
