The day to day knowledge that we have, those of us who run businesses on the beach, there is no input from us.

Cassie Hunt did a great job all day for us.

We were in every match today. We were pretty steady for the day. Our serving let us down in one game in the Evansville Reitz match. Overall, I would like to commend Kaelin Tuell. She played the back row for us and did a good job. Kara Dieterlen helped us with a couple of service runs and she's starting to show elements of leadership, which we've been looking for. I thought Kelsie McKee did a pretty good job at the net.

Direct observation includes the person having knowledge of what is being done and how to do it. It is not simply standing there and looking at someone doing the job.
