The developer is challenging our system. There are a number of issues that have run smack in the face of our zoning ordinance. My take on it is, it's time to start fixing some of those problems.

Adele Mirshak has suggested the developer who built the subdivision should be responsible, and my question is, why not? It seems the right group to ask for financial aid to solve the problem. If people with expertise have to be called, they should be required to help, ... It's just an unfortunate situation. Because of the loss of their habitat, the coyotes are hungry, and they're displaced, and they're hunting. The sad fact of the matter is, they're probably going to have to be eliminated. But even that is a tall, tall order. Even with the best of intentions, we may not be able to prevent what is happening.
