The difference between the Ethernet Alliance and other industry alliances is that many of them come up with specifications and product certification. We are just about education and serving as a resource about Ethernet technologies.

Since our official launch earlier this month, numerous companies have decided to join the Ethernet Alliance. We are pleased to see the value proposition of the alliance being so well recognized by so many companies, and look forward to welcoming many more new members in 2006 and beyond.

Within days of our public launch, the Ethernet Alliance received numerous requests from companies who wanted to join. We are delighted to see such momentum, and the wide diversity of new members that have already joined.

We have a significant economic engine in the aerospace industry in Tulsa. We had a Tulsa aerospace alliance that we have been supporting so they can help the small and medium size businesses in the aerospace industries to expand.
