The dilemma is that you will have some schools that can afford to have incentives and some schools that can't.

I cannot tell schools that we need to give them another rule when we have worked so diligently to reduce the number of rules that are here.

They're overwhelmed. You're more than doubling the number of kids being tested.

Surely those are the kind of things that are going to be more ingrained in the long run.

But, we see a continuing effort by schools and the federal government to keep tuition costs down.

I don't think it will have an effect us at all. We've played on the road all year and performed well in tough atmospheres. They played us on our home court, and they're calling this a home-court advantage for them. I guess it's only right.
