The dogs had urinated so bad that the guys who came in had to wear gas masks.

Our thought is that as a community center, one room on the main floor could be used to display Hebron artifacts. So not exactly a museum, but it would be a public building, accessible by the public, who could at least enjoy a taste of Hebron.
